Monday's Dow Jones Industrial Average closing numerator was 1,679.21 down 1.54 from Friday's closing numerator of 1,680.75. This is the sum of all 30 closing prices. Now we've seen significant market improvements both here and globally -- this cycle of good news might be coming to an end," said Ken Tower, senior analyst at Quantitative Analysis Service. The Dow Jones Industrial Average DJIA -0.09% lost 11.66 points, or 0.1%, to 12,708.82.
