The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed Wednesday at 12,414.79 up 286.84  or 2.37% from Tuesday's close of 12,127.95. Of the 30 Dow components all 30 gained and none declined. The biggest gainer dollar-wise was IBM up $4.77 and percentage-wise was Bank of America up 7.39%.
